Employees, agents and other persons. 2 (1) Unless a contrary intention appears in this Act, if this Act imposes a duty or prohibition on an operator or a funeral provider, the duty or prohibition applies, as the context requires, to every director, officer, employee and agent of that operator or funeral provider.
